  Milk kefir 4 Ounce
  Colostrum 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lysine 1 Teaspoon
  Glycine 1 Teaspoon
  Tyrosine 1 Teaspoon
  Vitality boost ha 1 Teaspoon
  Energy boost 70. 1 Teaspoon
  Arginine 1 Teaspoon
  Citruline 1 Teaspoon
  Tryptophan 1 Teaspoon
  Proline 1 Teaspoon
  Phenylalenine 1 Teaspoon
  Taurine 1 Teaspoon
  Glutamine 1 Teaspoon
  Amino shake 1 Teaspoon
  Gluothione 1 Teaspoon
  Antioxidants capsules 1 Teaspoon
  Energy boost 70 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blending jar, combine milk keifer and colostrum.
2. Add in amino acids – lysine, glycine, tyrosine, arginine, Citruline, Tryptophan, Proline, Phenylalenine, Taurine, Glutamine.
3. Add in amino shake and gluothione.
4. Add antioxidants capsules.
5. Add in minerals – vitality boost HA and energy boost 70.
6. Blend for a few minutes.

SERVING
7. Serve in a glass for breakfast.
