Ingredients
  Chocolate protein powder mix 1 Tablespoon (protein energizer, about 1 scoop)
  E3 live super food 1 Teaspoon
  Good belly probiotics 1 Teaspoon
  Almond milk/Coconut milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (organic)
Directions

MAKING
1. Combine the ingredients in a blender, shaker or a large glass.
2. Pulse, shake or stir until everything is well blended.

SERVING
3. Pour into a tall glass. Enjoy at room temperature or cold.
