How To Make Bubble Tea

Soft, Chewy Rainbow Tapioca "Bubbles/Pearls" ...so fun to sluuurp through a straw...what you choose to blend into a creamy concoction is up to you but if you wanna stink it up, why not try Durian...ya heard right!
Ingredients
For shake
  Frozen durian fruit 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Full fat)
  Full fat milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
For bubbles
  Tapioca pearls 125 Gram
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, cook according to packet instructions or bring about 5 cups of water to boiling water, add in the tapioca pearls, stir occasionally and cook for 10 minutes or until the bubbles float on top.
2. After 10 minutes, place the lid and allow to cook for 5 minutes
3. Drain the bubbles, rinse in warm water and place the in a cup of sugar water and allow to cool.

FINALIZING
4. In a blender, place together durian meat, sweetener, milk and yogurt, and blend until smooth.

SERVING
5. In a tall glass, place the ¼ cup of bubbles using a slotted spoon, top with the durian shake and serve cold.

TIPS
Use the remaining bubbles to top gelato, flavored yougurt or any other desired dessert.
