Banana Pineapple Milk Shake

Ingredients
  Ripe bananas 2 , cut into chunks
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Drained crushed pineapple 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Instant nonfat dry milk powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1 Dash
  Ice cubes 4
Directions

MAKING
1. In the container of electric blender add all ingredients.
2. Process until frothy.

SERVING
3. Shake well before serving.
