Zachary's Own Shake

Ingredients
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Carob powder 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Banana 1
  Lecithin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Peanut butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a blender, mix the milk, carob powder, honey, banana, lecithin, vanilla extract and peanut butter and blend on high speed for 3 minutes
2) Pour into a tall glass and serve

SERVING
3) Serve immediately
