Banana Berry Shake

Ingredients
  Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Frozen unsweetened strawberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Frozen non fat vanilla yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ripe banana 1 , sliced
  Strawberry preserves 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a food processor bowl or blender container and combine all ingredients in it. Blend until mixture turns smooth.

SERVING
2) Pour Banana Berry Shake into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
