|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 envelope)|
|Diet chocolate soda||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unsweetened cocoa||1 Tablespoon|
|Heavy cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sugar substitute||1 Gram (1 packet)|
1 In a saucepan, place gelatin, 1/4 cup soda, and cocoa.
2 Stir well.
3 Heat gently to boiling point, making sure that the gelatin is completely dissolved.
4 Allow to cool.
5 In a blender, place the ice cubes.
6 Add in the cooled gelatin mixture, heavy cream, 3/4 cup soda, sugar substitute, and salt.
7 Blend at high speed for 30 seconds.
8 Pour in tall glasses and serve at once.
