|Canned diet apricot halves||1 Pound (1 Can, Undrained)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Nonfat dry milk solids||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dietetic vanilla ice cream||1⁄2 Pint, cubed|
1. Into a blender jar with pureeing blades, put together all ingredients and process for 20 seconds until ingredients are well mixed.
2. Serve in tall glasses.
