Ingredients
  Canned diet apricot halves 1 Pound (1 Can, Undrained)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Nonfat dry milk solids 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dietetic vanilla ice cream 1⁄2 Pint, cubed
Directions

MAKING
1. Into a blender jar with pureeing blades, put together all ingredients and process for 20 seconds until ingredients are well mixed.

SERVING
2. Serve in tall glasses.
