Four Fruit Shake

Ingredients
  Unsweetened orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Strawberries 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), washed and hulled
  Unsweetened crushed pineapple 8 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Ripe banana 1 Medium
  Coconut extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ice cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In container of an electric blender combine first 6 ingredients and process until smooth.
2. Add ice cubes and process until smooth.

SERVING
3. Pour into glosses and garnish with strawberry slices, if desired.
4. Serve immediately.
