Four Fruit Shake
|Unsweetened orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Skim milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Strawberries||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), washed and hulled|
|Unsweetened crushed pineapple||8 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)|
|Ripe banana||1 Medium|
|Coconut extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ice cubes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. In container of an electric blender combine first 6 ingredients and process until smooth.
2. Add ice cubes and process until smooth.
3. Pour into glosses and garnish with strawberry slices, if desired.
4. Serve immediately.
