Fruited Dessert Shake

Ingredients
  Unsweetened pineapple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Freshly squeezed orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla ice milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In an electric blender, combine all the ingredients and blend till well combined.

SERVING
2. Pour in individual glasses and serve.
