Orange Pineapple Shake

Ingredients
  Crushed ice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unsweetened pineapple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Freshly squeezed orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Plain non fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a blender or food processor, process the ingredients together, until thoroughly blended.

SERVING
2) Pour the Orange Pineapple Shake in tall glasses and serve immediately.
