Ingredients
  Soy milk powder 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Pint
  Dates 1⁄3 Pint, soaked overnight in the water
  Figs 1⁄3 Pint, soaked overnight in the water
  Prunes/1/4 cup raisins 1⁄3 Pint, soaked overnight in the water
  Blackstrap molasses To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, combine the ingredients.
2. Process until smooth and well blended.

SERVING
3. Pour into a tall glass and slurppp!
