Ingredients
  Apricot flesh 3 Ounce
  Skimmed milk 3 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce
  Fresh orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Low fat natural yogurt 1 Ounce
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender put together apricot flesh, skimmed milk, fresh orange juice, and very low-fat natural yogurt, and blend until smooth and frothy.

SERVING
2. Serve cool in a glass immediately.
