Papaya Milk Shake
|Ripe papaya||2 Cup (32 tbs), mashed|
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Lemon juice/Lime juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
1) in a glass jar with tight-fitting lid add mashed papaya and sugar.
2) Stir in lemon or lime juice. Blend well.
3) Mix milk to it.
4) Put in refrigerator and chill.
5) Just before serving, shake vigorously.
6) Add crushed ice.
7) Pour into glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
