Lemon Papaya Milk Shake
|Ripe papaya||1 , pared, seeded, and diced|
|Lemon peel||1 Teaspoon, grated|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Ice||1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed|
1) In an electric blender container add papaya, lemon peel, and lemon juice.
2) Cover and blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
3) Stir in sugar, milk, and ice.
4) Blend at high speed until frothy.
5) Pour into chilled tall glasses.
6) Sprinkle ginger or nutmeg over it and serve immediately.
