|Apricot nectar||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Chilled)|
|Pureed cooked dried apricots||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Cold milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Whipped cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked dried apricots||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mint sprig||3 Tablespoon|
Whirl first 6 ingredients in blender.
Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream, whole apricots and mint sprigs.
Makes about 3 cups.
