Ingredients
  Apricot nectar 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Chilled)
  Pureed cooked dried apricots 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Cold milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Whipped cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked dried apricots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mint sprig 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Whirl first 6 ingredients in blender.
Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream, whole apricots and mint sprigs.
Makes about 3 cups.
