Berry Breakfast Shake

Ingredients
  Cold skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen banana/Fresh banana -and 1/2 cup ice 1
  Frozen raspberries/Other frozen berrie 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a blender, combine together all the ingredients.
2) Process till the mixture is smooth.

SERVING
3) Pour into a mug or large glass and serve immedaitely.

TIP
Bananas will be easier to use if freezed without peels.
