Berry Breakfast Shake

|Cold skim milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen banana/Fresh banana -and 1/2 cup ice||1|
|Frozen raspberries/Other frozen berrie||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1) In a blender, combine together all the ingredients.
2) Process till the mixture is smooth.
3) Pour into a mug or large glass and serve immedaitely.
Bananas will be easier to use if freezed without peels.
