Ingredients
For peach shake
  Fresh peaches/1 cup frozen peach slices 3 , peeled and sliced
  Non fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Plain Or Vanilla)
  Peach juice/Apricot nectar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
For strawberry shake
  Fresh strawberries/1 pint frozen strawberries 1 Pint, cleaned and stemmed
  Non fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Plain, Vanilla, Or Lemon)
  Orange juice/Apple juice /apple strawberry juice 4 Tablespoon
  Maple syrup 3 Tablespoon (Optional)
For mango shake
  Ripe mango 1 , pitted and peeled
  Frozen limeade concentrate 1 Tablespoon
  Milk/Pineapple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
For banana shake
  Ripe banana 1 , peeled and sliced
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey/Sugar 1 Teaspoon (Optional)
Directions

For any fruit shake, puree all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Serve chilled, topped with a dollop of freshly whipped cream if you're feeling indulgent.
