Ingredients
  Plain unflavored yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Banana 1 Medium, peeled and cut into chunks
  Skim milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Artificial sweetener To Taste (Equal 2 Teaspoons Sugar - As Required)
  Granulated sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Mix together all ingredients in a blender container and process the mixture until smooth.

SERVING
2) Serve cold.
