Ingredients
  Fruit cocktail 1 Cup (16 tbs), canned (No Added Sugar)
  Canned unsweetened fruit cocktail 1 Cup (16 tbs), canned
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Plain low-fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Plain low fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Instant non fat dry milk powder 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Instant nonfat dry milk powder 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
  Granulated low calorie sweetener with aspartame 1⁄2 Teaspoon (To Equal 2 Teaspoons Sugar)
  Ice cubes 4
Directions

MAKING
1) In a blender, process all the ingredients except ice cubes until smooth, scraping down the sides occasionally.
2) With the blender on, gradually add ice cubes, process after each addition until the ice is dissolved and the mixture is smooth and thick.

SERVING
3) Pour equally into two chilled 10-ounce glasses and serve immediately with a straw.
