1) In a blender, process all the ingredients except ice cubes until smooth, scraping down the sides occasionally.
2) With the blender on, gradually add ice cubes, process after each addition until the ice is dissolved and the mixture is smooth and thick.
3) Pour equally into two chilled 10-ounce glasses and serve immediately with a straw.
