Ingredients
  Ripe banana 1 , peeled, cut into chunks, wrapped tightly, frozen for 24 hours
  Cantaloupe chunks 1 Cup (16 tbs), wrapped tightly, frozen for 24 hours
  Skim milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Milk powder 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and process till smooth

SERVING
2. Serve immediately
