Banana Shake

Ingredients
  Ripe banana 1⁄2 , sliced
  Instant cereal 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), dry (Com, Wheat Or Rice Flakes)
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), skimmed and chilled
  Sugar/Equivalent sweetener 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla essence 3 Drop
  Ice cubes 6
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a bowl and add all the ingredients in it.
2) Blend them thoroughly with the help of a mixer.

SERVING
3) Pour in a tall glass and serve chilled.
