Peanut Butter And Banana Shake

Ingredients
  Reduced calorie vanilla milk/Chocolate flavored milk beverage 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Ripe banana 1⁄2 Medium, peeled and sliced
  Creamy peanut butter 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ice cubes 4
Directions

MAKING
1.Blend in an electric blender, milk beverage, 3/4 cup fo cold water thoroughly for about 30 seconds.
2.Now, add in the peanut butter and banana. Blend at low speed to obtain a smooth consistency.
3.Add in ice cubes through center cover while blender is running. Blend at high power after addition of each ice cube. This helps ice cubes to dissolve quickly and completely.

SERVING
4. Transfer into a glass and serve chilled.
