Ingredients
  Ripe banana 1 Large
  Fresh strawberries/Any other fresh fruit 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Non fat dry milk powder 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract/Strawberry extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1 In a blender, place all the ingredients.
2 Blend throughly until smooth.

SERVING
3 Pour into glasses and serve.

TIP
Can be stored overnight in the refrigerator.
