|Ripe banana||1 Large|
|Fresh strawberries/Any other fresh fruit||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Non fat dry milk powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla extract/Strawberry extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1 In a blender, place all the ingredients.
2 Blend throughly until smooth.
3 Pour into glasses and serve.
Can be stored overnight in the refrigerator.
