Ingredients
  Plain low fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ripe banana 1⁄2
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Unsweetened fruit 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh / Frozen)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a blender, combine all the ingredients.
2 Blend until smooth.

SERVING
3 Pour into chilled glass and serve
