Ingredients
  Ice cubes 3
  Unsweetened cocoa powder 1 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Low fat buttermilk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Banana 1 , peeled, sliced
  Smooth peanut butter 2 Teaspoon
  Chocolate flavoring 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
2. Next, blend the ingredients to form mix thoroughly and turn frothy.

SERVING
3. Garnish with roasted cashew nut pieces and serve immediately.
