Ingredients
  Cold milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Banana 1 , chopped
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
Directions

MAKING
1) Mix all the ingredients I a blender and blitz till smooth and creamy

SERVING
2) Serve Chilled
