Banana Almond Milk Shake

Ingredients
  Fresh almond milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen bananas 2 1⁄2 (Depending On Size And Desired Thickness Of Shake)
  Nutmeg To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a blender and add bananas, almond milk and nutmeg (to taste).
2) Blend well, until smooth and place in the refrigerator.

SERVING
3) Serve chilled.
