Chocolate Tofu Nutritional Shake
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Silken tofu||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained|
|Bananas||2 , broken into chunks|
|Instant cocoa mix powder||4 Tablespoon|
|Wheat germ||1 Tablespoon|
Combine ingredients in blender, 1/2 at a time; whirl until smooth and creamy.
Wonderful as a complete protein breakfast drink or for snack any time.
Any fresh fruit in season such as berries, cantaloupe or papaya can be substituted for the chocolate flavor.
Pour into tall glasses, sprinkle with nutmeg.
