Ingredients
  Banana 1 Large
  Cold skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Peel banana; cut into 1-inch pieces.
Wrap in foil; freeze.
Put milk, vanilla, and frozen banana pieces in blender container; blend till smooth.
