Ingredients
  Raw milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Banana 1⁄2
  Raw egg 1
  Pro optimal whey protein powder 2 Tablespoon (Strawberry flavor)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a jug, add the raw milk, banana, raw egg and Pro Optimal Whey Protein powder.
2. Using a hand blender, blend the ingredients together until smooth.

SERVING
3. Pour into a serving glass and serve.
