Creamy Straw Bana Shakes

Ingredients
  Ripe bananas 2 Medium
  Skim milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Frozen strawberries 10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Low fat cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ice cubes 5 Large
Directions

Peel and cut up bananas.
Wrap in foil, then freeze about 1 hour or till firm.
In a blender container combine bananas, milk, berries, and cottage cheese.
Cover and blend till smooth.
Add ice cubes, then cover and blend till smooth.
Garnish each glass with a fresh strawberry, if desired.
