Dried Fruit Shake

  Mixed dried fruit/4 dates, pitted / 4 prunes, pitted / 2 halves dried peaches 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Honey 2 Teaspoon (To Taste)
  Molasses 3 Teaspoon (To Taste)

Bring dried fruit to a boil in water to cover.
Simmer until soft.
Drain and reserve liquid for another use.
Process all ingredients in electric blender until smooth.
