Hot Caramel Milk Shake

  Egg 1 , separated
  Caramel syrup 1 Tablespoon
  Caramel syrup 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Hot milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄4 Teaspoon

Beat egg white until stiff.
Then beat yolk thoroughly, add caramel syrup, salt, and milk, and mix thoroughly.
Heat until scalding, remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla and fold in the beaten egg white.
Serve immediately.
