Low Fat Kiwi Milkshake

This is a very simple milk shake recipe with kiwi fruit & yogurt.
Ingredients
  Vanilla low fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla low fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Kiwi 4 Medium, chopped (Peeled)
  Unsweetened orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Artificial sweetener/Equal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unsweetened frozen strawberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Place all ingredients except strawberries in blender container; cover. Puree until smooth. Add strawberries and puree until smooth. Serve chill.

What is the ingredient "equal"?

Ewqual or Splenda are artifical sweetners. I prefer using a little sugar nstead. At least Splenda is a derivative of sugar and not as bad in chemicals as some.

EQUAL IS A LOW SWEET SUGER POWDER....INSTEAD USE SUGER....MY SUGGESTION!!
