Milk shakes are an extremely healthy drink for kids,it has combines the greatness of milk & all the fruit vitamins.
Ingredients
  Papaya juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Old fashioned oatmeal 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Non fat powdered milk 1 Tablespoon
  Frozen fruit blackberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Artificial sweetener/Equal 5 Gram
  Frozen blackberry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Frozen orange juice 2 Tablespoon (Not Diluted)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (2% Or Less)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Blend all the ingredients well & serve in a glass with some blackberries for garnish.
