Milk shakes are an extremely healthy drink for kids,it has combines the greatness of milk & all the fruit vitamins.
|Papaya juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Old fashioned oatmeal||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Non fat powdered milk||1 Tablespoon|
|Frozen fruit blackberries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Artificial sweetener/Equal||5 Gram|
|Frozen blackberry||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Frozen orange juice||2 Tablespoon (Not Diluted)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (2% Or Less)|
Blend all the ingredients well & serve in a glass with some blackberries for garnish.
