Since its shivrathri today, I have been fasting since morning. This one should be a great supplement for me ;)

Oh yes for sure...It will give a lot of energy especially during fasting. I prepared this yesterday and it came out very good. The sweetness of honey with a bit sour taste of yoghurt and banana makes this drink a very healthy and tasty one.

Honey is a great healthy sweetner and it also adds unique flavor to banana milkshake. Thanks for this cool recipe.
