Hass Avocado Milkshake

Tommi says: "Avocados are incredibly good for you, as well as tasting delicious. This shake is a lovely way to start the day, feeding you with vitamins, minerals and essential oils and filling you up so you don't reach for the snack bars half way through the morning."
Ingredients
  Hass avocado 2 Medium
  Semi skimmed milk 250 Milliliter
  Water 100 Milliliter
  Limes 3 , squeezed
  Sugar/Agave syrup 4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a liquidizer to a fluffy liquid and chill a little before serving.
