Tropical Piha Colada Shakes

Ingredients
  Ripe banana 1 Medium, peeled and cut into 1 inch slices
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Mango 10 Ounce, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch pieces (1 medium size)
  Pineapple orange juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chilled
  Vanilla fat free frozen yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs), frozen
  Coconut extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Combine banana slices and lemon juice in a small bowl, and toss gently. Drain banana slices, reserving lemon juice. Place banana slices in a single layer on a baking sheet, freeze until solid.
2. Place reserved lemon juice, frozen banana slices, mango, and remaining ingredients in a blender, process until smooth. Pour into chilled
glasses.
