Chocolate Milkshake

  Tray of ice cubes 1
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unsweetened cocoa powder 3 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Puree until very, very smooth, adding extra milk if necessary, stopping blender to stir with a wooden spoon.
This shake should be utterly free of crunchy bits of ice, so keep going until it's like velvet.
Serve in a tall glass.
