Fresh Mango Milk Shake

  Mangoes 2 Large
  Sugar To Taste
  Semi skimmed milk/Skimmed milk 1 Pint

1. Remove the flesh from the mangoes and discard the stones and skin. Slice the flesh coarsely.
2. Put the mango in a liquidizer, together with sugar to taste and the milk. Process for about 1 -1 1/2 minutes. If it is too thick, add some more milk.
