Spicy Date Shake

Ingredients
  Pitted dates 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut up
  Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ice cubes 8
Directions

In blender container combine dates and half the milk.
Cover; blend till smooth.
Add remaining milk, vanilla, and spice.
Cover; blend well.
Add ice cubes, one at a time, blending till finely crushed.
