Ingredients
  Coconut 1
Directions

Chop open the coconut.

Dump the coconut water into the blender.

Scrape all the meat from the coconut and add to the blender.

Blend for 1 minute at low speed and then blend for 5 sec at high speed.

Run the decoction through a fine strainer.

Enjoy your coconut shake.
