Today I share a super yummy recipe– perfect for you and if you have children, they’ll love it!! Full of Omega 3 and antioxidants this hemp seed blueberry milkshake will fill you up and keep you energized for hours!!! Simply Divine!!
Ingredients
  Spring water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Hemp seeds 1 Tablespoon, shelled
  Dates 3 Medium, pitted
  Blueberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bananas 3 Medium
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, blend hemp seed and strain through a nut milk bag.
2. Rinse the blender and blend hemp seed milk and dates until smooth.
3. To the blender, add spring water, blueberries and banana. Blend until smooth.

SERVING
4. Serve it chilled.
