2 Cup (32 tbs)
1 Tablespoon, shelled
3 Medium, pitted
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
1. In a blender, blend hemp seed and strain through a nut milk bag.
2. Rinse the blender and blend hemp seed milk and dates until smooth.
3. To the blender, add spring water, blueberries and banana. Blend until smooth.
