Last night was longer than expected… We stopped at a rest area and there was no place to park! We knew we could make it 59 miles to the next one, but needed a little pick-me-up. Here’s what Ann made…
Ingredients
For raw food chocolate peppermint milkshake
  Seed milk 1 Cup (16 tbs), soak 1/2 sunflower seeds for 20 min, rinse well and blend with 1 cup of water, strain through nutmilk bag
  Cacao powder 1 Tablespoon
  Ormus greens 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Pinch
Directions

Enjoy, but don’t over do it!
