  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ice cubes 6 , crushed
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Diced mixed fresh fruits 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Such As Peeled And Cored Apples, And Pears, Strawberries, Blueberries, And Peeled And Pitted Peaches And Apricots)

Put all the ingredients in the container of an electric blender or food processor.
Blend or process until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and eat with a spoon, or drink from a glass.
