  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Ripe banana 1 , sliced
  Peanut butter 2 Tablespoon
  Jam/Jelly/preserves 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Place all of the ingredients in a blender; blend for 3 minutes or until smooth.
