This mean, green, vitamin-packed drink is the perfect sweet snack for any time of the day!
Ingredients
  Ripe avocado 1 , peeled and pitted
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (I Used Unsweetened Vanilla Rice Milk)
  Ripe banana 1 Large
  Ice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree
2. Serve.
*This recipe is for a thick shake. Add more milk if you want it thinner.
