I call this recipe Tropical Breeze High Protein Shake because it has got fruits in it. This is a refreshing summer drink when the weather is warm. One can alter the Tropical Breeze High Protein Shake recipe by adding mangoes. Its a 250 calorie, 35 gram protein drink is great to drink after workouts.
Ingredients
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla protien 1 Tablespoon
  Peach syrup 1 Ounce (Torani)
  Frozen pineapple tidbits 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Frozen peaches slices 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Take milk in a mixer jar. To it, add vanilla protein.
Then, add 1 whole pack of South Beach on the Go Tropical Breeze flavor.
Add Torani peach s/f syrup.
Then, add the fruits, pineapple tidbits and frozen peaches.
Add ice to the jar.
Blend.
