Ingredients
  Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whipped topping 1 Cup (16 tbs), frozen (fat free non dairy)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Ice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crushed
Directions

Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Process at the highest speed until liquefied.
